The week started off with practice and breakfast for the Titans all week. What seemed like a beautiful night for Friday Night Lights turned out differently.
The game was suspended at the half due to weather. We did happen to get a few 1st half highlights from Thayer Central & McCool Junction. Titans led 22-6. The game resumed on Saturday.
Sam Souerdyke– Thayer Central is definitely a player to watch. The 6-3, 185-pound junior was involved in all four Thayer Central touchdowns.
Sam ran for 148 yards on 16 touches and 3 TDs and caught a pair of passes for 37 yards, one going for a score. Sauerdyke also made 9 stops on defense.
